How to- Create User Account:
1) Visit The Farm at Millstone Oaks
2) Choose "Are you new here?"
3) Fill in all pertinent information (this is for Parents/Guardians)
4) Click REGISTER
***Verify you email adress***
5) LOG IN
6) ADD your Rider details (you can add as many riders as you would like to your account)
You are ready to start booking lessons, camps, classes ect...
How to- Register for Summer Camp or Horsemanship Classes:
***Follow these steps AFTER you have registered a USER account***
1) From your home page choose MY ACCOUNT
2) From My Account choose ACTIVITY COURSE BOOKING
3) Make a Booking
4) Choose YOUR DATE *Imortant* Choose the first date of the camp you would like ex: July 14th
5) Selcet show Availability
6) Scroll DOWN to ACTIVITIES to view your selceted week of camp
7) Click the box to bring up ACTIVITY COURSE DETAILS follow steps 1-5
8) To pay deposite select (to hold your spot) "pay in 2 instalments" in step 5
9)ADD your deposite to your cart and check out
10) you should NOW see your Activity Course booking on your dashboard.
How to book a lesson:
1) Purchase your TOKEN PACKAGE this will depend on your lesson type, length and if there are 4 or 5 days in the particular month.
a) Log in to your client portal
b) Chooses MY ACCOUNT
c) Choose TOKENS
d) Scroll to find appropriate package (ex: 4 Group Lessons)
e) Add to cart, Check out and pay for your monthly package.
f) Return to your dashboard
2) BOOK YOUR LESSON
a) Choose Make a Booking
b) Select your date (please choose your agreed upon weekly lesson time)
***Note click the date to expand the calendar***
c) Choose your regular lesson day/time (on app scroll for options)
d) Confirm you RIDER and TOKENS are selected and ADD to basket
e) Continue to check out***CONFIRM tokens have been applied and cart is at $0
3) CONFIRM
a) Return to dashboard and confirm your lessons have been booked.
b) REPEATE for additional lessons OR ADD all to cart and check out at one time.
